The terms governing access to the Bixdene Treasury website and platform.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Introduction
Bixdene Treasury (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a treasury and funding design platform operated by Bixdene Investments Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08887524).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at bixdenetreasury.com and any dashboards, APIs or tools we make available (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We do not operate a public cryptoasset exchange or offer regulated investment products to the general public. The Platform is intended for professional and institutional users only.
2. Our role and third-party providers
The Platform is designed to help clients plan and orchestrate capital flows between traditional bank accounts and stablecoin wallets for project-specific funding and settlements.
Actual fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversions, payment processing, KYC/AML checks and money transmission services are provided by independent, regulated third-party service providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
When you use those services, you enter into a direct relationship with the third-party provider. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for:
- The availability, performance or security of those services.
- Any fees, limits or compliance requirements imposed by the provider.
- Any disputes between you and the provider.
We may show links, widgets or flows that incorporate the provider’s terms of service; you must read and accept those terms before submitting any orders or personal data.
3. Eligibility and professional use
The Platform is intended for:
- Companies, SPVs and professional investors.
- High-net-worth individuals acting in a business or investment capacity.
You must:
- Have legal capacity and authority to bind your organisation.
- Comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your activities, including financial promotion, AML and sanctions rules.
We may decline, suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful, high-risk or inconsistent with these Terms.
4. No investment advice or offers
Nothing on the Platform is:
- Investment, legal or tax advice.
- An offer or solicitation to the public to buy, sell or subscribe for any security, fund or financial product.
Any examples, scenarios or articles we publish are for information only. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where needed.
5. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for the legality of your own business, projects and transactions. Using the Platform does not transfer that responsibility to us or to our upstream providers.
You must not use the Platform:
- For money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct.
- To offer unlicensed investment products or operate a cryptoasset exchange.
- To misrepresent your identity, source of funds or beneficial ownership.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect or reasonably suspect prohibited activity.
6. Platform content and changes
We may update, modify or remove features, content or integrations at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Data, privacy and security
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to that processing.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure.
- Implementing reasonable security controls on your own systems when accessing the Platform.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or third-party services.
- Our total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the amount of fees you have paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
